The current carried him high above the buildings, a warm breeze lifting him as though with a purpose.
As civilization gave way to more dense and natiral forest under him, the sky was also changing around him.
Energy coursed through his body as a flash of lightning nearby danced off his scales, followed by the strong rumble of thunder.
The storm was upon him.

It was his time to shine.

i had so much fun with this. even if the light and background and everyyyything like that is off. it was a great practice for me- and even if i don't place or anything, because i've seen so many entries that are fffomg awesomeee, it was a lot of fun.

this is nailmus for kilaras contest.

i gave him blue paw pads because i don't know the color of them ; ;
they're probably black but oh well.
and i added lightning because nailmus can control lightning and such c:

First off it looks great! Scales are tough to do but you did manage to bring out the larger ones. The lightning and background fits him really well and his expression suits the mood of the image. However something that bothers me are his front legs. From the elbow down they seem a little thin and long in comparison to his reference. Also the spikes/scale things that down that part of the arm get smaller the farther down the go and are also a darker shade of orange.

Something else you might want to change just to bring it out more its not really necisary, would be to brighten his glowing eyes. They seem a little dark to be glowing.
